Derivatives market shows positive sentiment for Bitcoin. Currently, Bitcoin is in a “contango” situation where the futures price exceeds the spot price.
In traditional markets, contango is often a bearish sign because the price differential between futures and spot is based on the transportation and storage costs of the asset. On the other hand, with Bitcoin, where storage costs are largely irrelevant, contango could simply represent increased buying in the futures market and signal bullish sentiment.
