About the world of the future and business: 250 recognized Russian experts spoke at TECH WEEK

The ninth conference on innovative technologies was attended by more than 3,000 guests.

3156 participants gathered the ninth conference on innovative technologies TECH WEEK, 110 companies presented business solutions, 250 experts spoke in the conference program.

Among the speakers: Elena Korbut, ex-top manager of Sukhoi Aviation Holding Company and RAC MiG aircraft manufacturing company; Andrey Budaev, director of organizational development of Realweb (QIWI Group); Nikolai Petelin, co-founder of Tochka Bank, Head of digital services for small business at ROSBANK; Anetta Orlova, psychologist, candidate of sociological sciences, TV expert on federal channels, radio host; Dinara Yunusova, CEO of Banki.ru.

— Events like TECH WEEK allow creating an environment for change agents, those whose activities and thinking are directed to the future. As the organizers of a conference for business, we work with the most subtle territory of intellectual activity – insight, the creation of a new idea. There is knowledge, there are skills, and there is the highest form of creative intellectual activity – insight. It is the diversity of mental activity, coupled with an abundance of horizontal connections and a special atmosphere that creates this magic – a favorable territory for the emergence of insight in the minds of active people. The result of our semi-annual work is several thousand such insights, grains, reasons for change, – commented the CEO of the TECH WEEK conference, the founder of the Technocrat company Oleg Petryashev.

The conference program consisted of 12 thematic streams: CRYPTO & BLOCKCHAIN, INDUSTRY TECH, MAIN STAGE, FIN TECH, BIG DATA & ANALYTICS, TECH FOR CORPORATIONS and others.

For the entire period of the conference, the first IT-radio “ECHO ELOSEY” worked on the site. From an open studio in Skolkovo, the editors spent sixteen hours of broadcast dedicated to the event.

— For two days, more than 20 people became guests of the studio — top managers, innovators, heads of digitalization of large IT companies, banks and corporations. Among them: Vitaly Kopysov, director of innovation at Sinara Bank; Victoria Tsygoda, head of the digitalization program of the Rosatom engineering division; Denis Bogomolov, Vice President for Finance, IT and Business Development, STADA; Ilya Sverchkov, COO of RuStore and others.

In the interview, we discussed what the digital transformation of companies and individual divisions is, what results of technology implementation are already tangible, what innovations and services have appeared in banks recently, and whether all of them are really needed. The issues of the current level of digitalization in the country, the latest innovations, progress in the field of AI and their implementation in various areas of work, the effectiveness of digital marketing, and more were also raised.

Dinara Yunusova, Director General of Banki.ru, shared her experience in creating a healthy, developing corporate environment at the conference. According to a survey conducted by the service together with Happy Job, the employee satisfaction index of Banki.ru turned out to be the best in the entire Russian IT industry – 96.9%.
