The company revealed that it’s collaborating with blockchain oracle supplier API3 and Web API operators shall be ready to entry Accuweather’s onchain climate knowledge.

According to the company Accuweather, the agency is internet hosting its personal API3 oracle node in order to present a “seamless Web3 wrapper that enables Web API providers to offer Accuweather’s world-class weather data directly onchain.” The service will give decentralized application (dapp) operators the flexibility to entry climate knowledge through the API3 Airnode infrastructure. Both Accuweather and API3 imagine that the collaborative effort will empower individuals with correct climate predictions and warnings tied to storms.
