Apple Creates ChatGPT Competitor | bitcoinlinux.com
Apple is working on an artificial intelligence tool that can compete with products from OpenAI, Alphabet, Google and others, reports Bloomberg. But at the time of writing, the tech giant has yet to formulate a clear strategy for releasing this product to consumers.
According to Apple employees, the chatbot does not contain any innovative technologies. It works as a web application, which is similar to OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Google’s Bard.
The tool is not intended for public use and the company does not intend to release it to consumers. However, several project teams have been working on the bot for several months, one of which is focused on solving privacy issues.
According to surveyconducted by Pew Research in December 2022, most Americans express concern about the potential for AI to violate human privacy by consuming too much personal data.
However, artificial intelligence continues to evolve. In July of this year, Lightning Labs announced the development of a plugin for ChatGPT that allows you to send payments in bitcoins. And on July 13, the Bard chatbot became available in Europe, Ukraine and Brazil.
