Well-known businessman Bob Lee was murdered in San Francisco yesterday. During his career, he managed to found Cash App, work as a CTO at Square, develop MobileCoin and a number of important blockchain technologies.
So, on Tuesday at 2:35 local time, a message was received on the police phone about a man with a knife wound. The incident happened in the 300th block of Main Street, a busy area of San Francisco. The victim was taken to the hospital and later died from his injuries.
Later, the examination showed that the victim of the attack was 43-year-old Bob Lee. Twitter users are already posting a stream of messages in which they recall the merits of the man and express regret. The nickname of the deceased @crazybob has become one of the most popular mentions on Twitter.

Jack Dorsey also confirmed Lee’s death. He wrote a message on his decentralized social network Nostr.
“It’s real. They call. Heartbreaking, ”the businessman writes about his ex-employee.
Police have not yet identified possible suspects in Li’s murder.
Note that Vyacheslav Taran, the founder of Forex Club and Libertex, recently died. He became a victim of a plane crash.
