The forecast assumes the end of the acute global crisis and the formation of the rules of the game between the new centers of power, explained the author of the study, head of the analysis and forecasting of macroeconomic processes at the Center for Foreign Investments, Dmitry Belousov.
“The result of the new agreements will be the formation of several spaces that largely provide themselves with resources and military forces, possibly of a coalition nature, for the sake of security guarantees,” the expert noted.
Russia is striving to become one of the centers of power. To do this, the country is consolidating the resources of neighboring and developing countries around itself, the analyst added.
