jeffro2561 has posted the second progress report (M2/July 2024)2 for their Monero dev work CCS proposal3:
This month I spent most of my time creating the Carrot draft document and prepping for a more formal review. The document contains an exact specification of the addressing protocol, FCMP++ requirements, exact balance recovery steps, and desired security properties. [..] I also spent some time testing / cleaning up the Jamtis-RCT library.
