The MetaMask Institutional non-custodial wallet team has unveiled a marketplace that makes it easy for customers to connect to staking services.
The marketplace will bring together staking providers, offering simple, one-click staking to institutions. The aim is to facilitate broader institutional participation and boost Ethereum network security by simplifying ETH staking.

“Choosing the right institutional staking provider can be tricky due to differences in fees charged, terms, discounts and reporting standards. In addition, providers offer different benefits to institutions, ranging from differences in infrastructure,” the statement said.
MetaMask Institutional noted that these difficulties may discourage companies from participating in passive income services on cryptocurrencies. The developers are confident that the marketplace will simplify the connection to institutional staking by offering standard conditions, reporting of the required level, and a convenient interface.
The platform partners were Allnodes, Blockdaemon, Kiln, as well as the service of the parent company ConsenSys Staking. In the future, the team expects to expand the number of connected staking providers.
In addition to the marketplace, the MetaMask developers created the Web3 Portfolio Dashboard. The solution includes portfolio management, digital asset monitoring and transaction reporting. Users will be able to easily switch between different EVM-compatible networks.
“The platform will allow monitoring digital assets, including performance attribution for all ERC-20 tokens, as well as the ten largest DeFi protocols, track NFTs and group accounts for portfolio management,” the developers noted.
Both solutions will activate on March 27 ahead of the Shanghai-Capella (Shapella) hard fork on the Ethereum network scheduled for April 12. The update will allow ETH to be withdrawn from staking.
Recall that in January, MetaMask developers added the option to Portfolio Dapp liquid staking Ethereum using protocols Lido and Rocket Pool.
