Rucknium completes statistical research CCS
Rucknium1 has completed2 the third (and final) milestone for their latest CCS proposal to conduct statistical research to improve Monero’s privacy3:

I have completed Milestone 3. [..] Investigated behavior of nodes on the DNS ban list and suggested modifications to it.4

Work overview

  • Wrote “Preliminary results of risk of OSPEAD deployment without hard fork”5
  • Wrote “OSPEAD – Optimal Ring Signature Research” blog post6
  • Computed the Nash equilibrium of the protocol-adversary game7
  • Created “OSPEAD: Optimal Ring Signatures” presentation for MoneroKon 20258
  • Forked @Boog900’s monero-network-crawler and modified it to collect more node data9
  • Created moneronet.info10
