Since the last milestone update, transaction construction code, including sweep transactions, has been integrated into RPC and GUI. [..] This month, again, I worked with @j-berman to review his great FCMP++ integration work, especially where it relates to consensus rules. I posted a guide on how to run a private testnet for Carrot/FCMP++5
