The Tron network has reached a new record for the number of transactions carried out – more than five billion, analysts say.
Cryptocurrency analysts Whale Alert on March 5 recorded a new record for total transactions processed by the Tron network. Experts reported this on social networks:
“Tron has reached a new milestone: 5,000,000,000 transactions have been made!”.
The Tron (TRX) cryptocurrency is a decentralized platform created by entrepreneur and developer Justin Sun in 2017 that allows you to organize decentralized applications (dApps). Now the cryptocurrency is in the top 15 in terms of capitalization, far behind the competing solution – Ethereum (about $ 6 billion against about $ 192 billion in terms of asset value).
TRX is currently trading at $0.06743 according to Binance. Earlier, TRX and a number of other cryptocurrencies began to decline in price amid the situation with Silvergate.
